😯 Did you know that in August 2020 there are 243 houses on the market in the DL 10/DL9 postcode areas and in the same period in 2021 there was only 127 houses available for sale?

😯 Did you know that in August 2020 there are 243 houses on the market in the DL 10/DL9 postcode areas and in the same period in 2021 there was only 127 houses available for sale?
⬆️ This is reflected across every postcode level and when you compound this by an increase in demand of four times what we would normally expect this is what will keep prices at a sustained level
🤔 Have you missed the peak? Whilst the market remains high there is little sign of prices flagging, the prediction is that there may be some softening as we go into the winter but with the need for bigger houses, more outside space and work from home space there seems little signs of a dip in the market.
