☎️ I was called in to help sell a delightful mid terraced cottage in the centre of Richmond which had been on the market for 14 months and even though it had sold both sales fell apart.

💸 With valuations around the £275,000 - £300,000 mark the seller was keen to get it sold and ideally wanted as much as possible but was doubtful after so long on the market.  The abandoned sales had been agreed at £285,000.

🏡 After 10 years of family life in this home and they just wanted to get the best possible outcome and were now very tired of the experience and were starting to feel like it would never sell.  They had already moved out and the house was costing them money and falling into disrepair.

💔 The property felt unloved and the marketing did not show why you anyone would buy this home or what was so special about it but we knew that was how it was going to be sold.  This home looked at our towns most treasured castle from every window!  It was a stones throw from the market place and it enjoyed two rare commodities in this location, parking and a garden!

💥 Our plan worked exactly how it was supposed to and within days we had not only sold the property for £290,000 (£10,000 over the asking price) after some excellent negotiations by us and with a reserve list of 7 other buyers, giving our seller security, even though they weren’t needed.
