⭐️ November 2021 Richmondshire North Yorkshire Property Market Update ⭐️

👉 In Novembers update I talk about how demand is still outstripping housing supply... 😯 We have had a budget and with COP26 we are focused on green energy and efficient homes. Will the rise in utility bills slow the housing market? Not if October was anything to go by…

A look back to October, typically as the weather cools so does the property market but in the strangest year for a while nothing is as it should be and the market shows very little signs of slowing down!

🍃 We have had a budget which didn’t have a huge effect on home owners but the focus is on renewable energy and reducing your homes carbon footprint. When considering any home improvements it would be worth future proofing your home and looking at ground / air source heating and solar energy especially with rising utility bills.

🏡 If you are considering a move in 2022 you need to be thinking about your strategy now and we are happy to chat through your opticons to make sure you are hiting the market at precisely the right time to make the most of the market and getting the most you can for your home.
