LETS TALK: Notice periods for Tenants

Landlords, are you aware that notice periods are changing? Be advised, be prepared.

It can be hard to keep up to date with the constant changing regulations in the lettings industry which has only been made worse by the pandemic and to make things a little more confusing they are about to change again!

From the 1st of October the notice periods for a section 21 will be returning to two months notice which I'm sure will be a welcome change for some Landlords.

If you are a self managing Landlord who is having problems with your Tenant and need some advice, give Sal a call on 01748 834373 or 07521 505114 or email me sal@lovepropertyuk.co.uk

May’s House Price Index shows a seasonal uplift in asking prices, with the latest Rightmove data reporting a 1.2% increase since April. The national average asking price now stands at £378,304.

The latest Rightmove figures for June offer a clear picture of activity across DL8–DL11, including new listings, sales agreed, price reductions and homes currently available.
