LETS TALK: Notice periods for Tenants

Landlords, are you aware that notice periods are changing? Be advised, be prepared.

It can be hard to keep up to date with the constant changing regulations in the lettings industry which has only been made worse by the pandemic and to make things a little more confusing they are about to change again!

From the 1st of October the notice periods for a section 21 will be returning to two months notice which I'm sure will be a welcome change for some Landlords.

If you are a self managing Landlord who is having problems with your Tenant and need some advice, give Sal a call on 01748 834373 or 07521 505114 or email me sal@lovepropertyuk.co.uk

The latest Rightmove House Price Index shows prices are now 0.5% higher than this time last year, marking a clear shift from the seasonal pause of December to a more confident start to 2026.

The latest Rightmove House Price Index shows the national average asking price at £368,019, effectively unchanged month-on-month (0.0%). Following the strongest start to a year for prices since 2020, February’s pause suggests the market is consolidating rather than accelerating.
