We have had covid safe measures in place for all face to face appointments since June 2020 and we continue to operate with out clients and staff safety as a priority. These are some of the measures taken to keep you safe;

  1. Our offices remain closed to members of the public with all advisory appointments taking place over the phone or via video link.
  2. All clients that attend appointments are asked to view a property virtually and externally before attending in person.
  3. All viewers must be in a position to proceed with a house move or not arrange an in person viewing.
  4. Before any in person appointment a health questionnaire must be completed by the prospective visitor (including tradesperson) and resident or attendee.
  5. Viewers must attend in groups of no more than 2 from the same household and with regret children are not permitted to viewings at this time.
  6. Advice on safe conduct is given to anyone allowing visitors into their home before any appointments.
  7. Face coverings must be worn at all times during all appointments
  8. We ask all clients to consider whether or not they need to attend appointments in person before they do so.

We would like to thank all clients for their patience during this time, we are trying to operate as best we can and although some of the measures may be inconvenient it is for everyone’s safety and health.

Keep safe and we will try to keep you all moving
