First impressions count, you have around 3 seconds to capture someone's interest online. Professional, well-lit photography and engaging marketing can make a huge difference to how many people click on and view your property online. Is your home been shown in its best light, and is it standing out compared to the rest?
It's also good to remember that more photos does not mean a better listing. Homes with more than 10/15 photos often lose viewers interest- you want to draw them in, not show them everything. They shouldn't be seeing each nook and cranny of the house- that should be saved for an in person viewing.
